How do I know I qualify?

Once we’ve reviewed the application you will be notified via email.

Does Vista help with water heater returns to the previous provider?

Vista provides dealer training to ensure that the previous rental equipment is returned efficiently and by the accepted process of the previous rental provider. Dealers may drop off the equipment or it can be picked up for a nominal fee.

Is there a minimum volume?

It is expected that each new dealer provides a minimum of 5 agreements per month. Vista rewards active dealers with a generous volume bonus program.

What are the billing options?

Billing is processed via pre-authorized payment or credit card.

What if a rental customer moves?

The rental contract is transferred and you do not lose a customer.

Can my customer cancel a rental agreement?

Yes. The Vista contract can be paid off at any time by purchasing the equipment. Customers call our toll free number 1-877-31VISTA (84782) and speak with a customer service representative.
