In December 2021, we made a strategic decision to join the Cricket Comfort & Vista Services portfolio, combining Vista's strengths in the residential replacement market with Cricket's customer base in the residential new home construction market.

In November 2024, we made the strategic decision to acquire Fernsby Comfort Tech Limited and Springwater Mechanical, both former subsidiaries of the Mattamy group of companies. This acquisition comprises 2,772 contracts, a mix of water heater and ground-source heat pump contracts at various stages of billing and contracting, which will enhance Vista's service portfolio and expand its customer base.
Vista Services is recognized as the third-largest lease-to-own company in the province of Ontario. With a strong belief that local service is better service, Vista collaborates with a diverse range of local contractor partners to deliver a local network of trained technicians to clients across Ontario. Vista also integrates cutting-edge technology into its operations, such as an online credit approval system and paperless contracting through its in-house designed VistAPP. These tools enable dealers to manage and process contracts more efficiently.
Vista's in-house customer service team has been proactively reaching out to all clients via email or by telephone, where applicable. Additionally, the Fernsby website and 1-800 customer care lines have been redirected to Vista Services for all customer inquiries.
