15 year contract

Buyout amount is equal to the Monthly Payment times the Multiplier set out in the Buyout Schedule for any given year.

For example: if the Monthly Payment on your Water Heater Agreement is $25.80 per month some examples of buyout amounts before the account closure fee are as follows:

  • Year 3 to 4:  $25.80 * 86 = $2,218.80 + HST
  • Year 11 to 12: $25.80 * 32 =   $825.60 + HST

In addition, buyouts will be subject to a $49.95 account closure fee (+ HST).
