10 year contract

Buyout amount is equal to the Monthly Payment times the Multiplier set out in the Buyout Schedule for any given year.

For example: If the Monthly Payment on your Water Heater Agreement is $25.80 per month some examples of buyout amounts before the account closure fee are as follows:

  • Year 3 to 4:  $25.80 * 68.0 = $1,754.40 + HST
  • Year 9 to 10: $25.80 * 14.0 =   $361.20 + HST

In addition, buyouts will be subject to a $49.95 account closure fee (+ HST).

After year 10 (120 months) the buyout amount is fixed at $49.95 plus account closure fee and HST.
