If you have received your invoice, and you were previously billing on Enbridge, your Enbridge billing has been terminated. Please be advised that Enbridge bills for the previous month, while Vista Services bills for the future month. You may receive an Enbridge Bill and a Vista Invoice. The billing period does not overlap. Please pay both amounts as billed. You have not been double billed.

IS ENDING
Enbridge announced to their customers that they will be ending the billing service for participating companies that appear as “Charges from Other Companies” on your Enbridge Gas bill.
What This Means For You
Vista will no longer be collecting from third party companies. As per your rental agreement we will be switching to another payment method. This includes; Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP).
Why Switch Now?
Vista Services is encouraging customers to switch to the PAP system to ensure a smooth transition and minimal service interruptions. Switching now, before December 15th, 2023, allows Vista to answer inquiries, help with issues, and provide a better customer service experience. Thank you for your cooperation.
How to Make the Switch
To switch over to this new system please visit the link below to update your payment information on our secure online portal. This will allow us to easily switch your account over to either PAP payments.
